Use of the mobile Time Tracker

This feature allows users to record their working hours in real-time through the mobile app by marking the start and end of each time entry with a timestamp.


Activation 

Access to the app's timetracker requires the Time Sheet module, an additional Progression module with associated fees. If you don't have it, contact us for activation.

  1. In the module configuration, you must check the box "Time Clock - Mobile App" (Configuration > Time Sheet Module > "Time Clock - Mobile App").
  2. Log in to the mobile app, and the time tracker will be available in the menu!

How it works 

  1. "Start": Tap Start to begin tracking a time entry.
  2. "Reset": Tap Reset to set the pointer back to zero without saving the current time entry.
  3. "Complete": Tap Complete to stop the current time entry and save it.
    1. A summary/confirmation page will be displayed before the official save.
      1. You can also make changes in this window.
  4. Once the time entry is saved, you can start a new punch.
    1. You will notice that we retain the last entered information from the previous time entry.

- At any time, you can choose or modify the activity, task, client, and/or location related to your time entry.


Activity :

  • The activities are those available in your account.
    You can configure them by going to Management > Activity.
  • It is possible to filter the activities available to human resources:
    (Management > Human Resources > Time Sheet Tab).

Task : 

  • The user sees the tasks they are assigned to or an assistant.
  • The tasks must be between status 200 and 600.
  • When selecting a task, the client and location will be automatically selected.

Client : 

  • It is possible to filter what the user sees by selecting the "Assigned Employees" in the client records: Management > Client > "Assigned Employees" Tab.

    • The user will only see the clients they are assigned to.
      • If they are not assigned to any client, they will see all clients.

Location : 

  • Currently (as of February 3, 2025), the user can see all locations, even if there are filters applied to the clients.
  • It is possible to select the location before selecting the client, and the client will be automatically selected.

Complete Time Sheet Visibility

To view the complete time sheet, you must go through the "Time Sheet" section in the mobile app menu.
