Tasks Menu - List Mode

List mode lets you view and track your tasks.

Results

The List mode allows you to view all of your tasks and their status in a single table.

This is the ideal place to do a specific task search using filters.

New Filter Window

Apply : Once you have entered the search criteria, click Apply to start a search.

 Tasks that match the search criteria will appear right section of the Results window.

You can search multiple task codes at the same time. To do this, you must separate the task codes with commas or spaces.

Example 1: AS0001, AS0002, AS0003

Example 2: AS0001 AS0002 AS0003

Note : If you search by task code, all other filters will be ignored.

 

Save: This function allows you to save the filter criteria under a specific name.

Later, you can reuse this set of criteria by selecting the name under which you saved it (eg AS-600 - This month).

New : This function allows you to delete the applied filters.

Search Criteria

It is possible to enter more than one search criterion in a filter.

If no criteria are entered, the result will show all tasks.

For date criteria, it is possible to choose a single criterion (unless you select Specific Dates).

Several choices are available (Today, Yesterday, This week, etc.).

Note : Weekly criteria are in the current week, from Sunday to Saturday. Monthly criteria is always from the 1st to the last day of the current month.

If the available filters do not match what you are looking for, use the additional criteria. These criteria vary from one account to another and allow you to search through all the fields in your ProgressionLIVE account.

Results Window

In the Results window, you will see the tasks that match the search criteria that you entered.

It is possible to Select All or Unselect All the tasks.

When one or more tasks are selected, you can change their status at the same time by clicking on Change Status. You can also select tasks individually and right-click to change their status.

By clicking on Export to Excel, you can generate an Excel file that includes the data of the tasks included in the results.

By clicking on Export in PDF, you can generate the PDF of one or more tasks.

Note : it is possible to have a customized report. For more information, please contact technical support.

By clicking on Position from address, you can geographically locate the client of tasks in Results or selected tasks.

Finally, you can add or remove columns in the Results window by clicking on the gear or on the name of a column.

 

You can save this column configuration by clicking on the gear above and then on Save preferences.
