Scan Mobile app use

The Scan OUT operation allows to scan packs for each vehicule. The scanned parcels will then be transfered to the phone.

Chick on the Scan OUT button to start the procedure.

Before you start the scan, you must identify the drive (or vehicle) where the packs will be entered. A sheet with your ID has been provided. Scan your sheet before starting your pack scan.

Once the driver scanned, you can start the packs' scan.

Proceed with the SCAN per the ProgressionExpress labels.

During SCAN, an indicator appear to indicate the number of packs read, and you can also vue the list of SCANS completed.

If edits are necessary, they will have to be completed in ProgressionExpress. Complete a physical count of the packs to make sure you scanned everything.

Scanned call maintenance

Following the pack's SCAN, the information are registered in ProgressionExpress to then be sent to the phone of the delivery driver via the ProgressionLIVE app.

To execute the SCAN maintenance program, go to

Module > Maintenance and call taking > Pack, Scan and EDI > Scan and Scan repport

The possible options for this program are:

- Manage the performed SCAN

- Print the SCAN reports, manifests and transfer to the dispatch.

Manage the completed SCAN

This option allow to delete SCANS completed by mistake. You simply enter the date of the SCAN and delete the records desired. Click on the Delete tab to display the management screen.

Enter the date of the day by clicking on the calendar and click on the Show button.

The screen of completed scan will then be displayed. 

Check the scans to be deleted and click on the garbage can in the lower right to remove them from the list.

SCAN reports, manifests and transfer to dispatch

This option allows to print the different error reports and entry, as well as the manifests to the sub-contractors (delivery person), The transfer to dispatch also allows to transfer calls from the module to the ProgressionExpress dispatch.

The entry and exit reports allows to validate the completed SCANS.

The manifest allows to print a paper copy of the delivery manifest of the delivery person.

IT IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO ENTER YOUR NUMBER IN THE SUB-CONTRACTOR BOX BEFORE YOU PRINT THE MANIFEST AND COMPLETE THE TRANSFER TO THE DISPATCH. 

Your number is the one appearing on your sheet.

The transfer to dispatch button transfer the manifest to the dispatch module to allow for the envoy of the call to the delivery person.
