I cannot connect to the ProgressionLIVE mobile application.

There are two types of problems.

1. Problem with server communication.

You get either of these messages:

 

iPhone/iPad: The Internet connection seems to be offline.

Android: Error: A communication error with the server has occurred.

These messages indicate that your mobile device is unable to communicate with the authentication server.

 

Solution: Make sure you have access to the cellular or Wi-Fi network and try to login again.

2. Error in connection data. 

You get either of these messages:

 

iPhone/iPad: Invalid username or password.

 

Android: Error: Authentication failed.

These messages indicate that your mobile device does have access to the authentication server, but the login has been denied by the server. You probably do not have the correct login data.

 

Solution: Check your login data.

Server: Enter your company name without spaces and accents (e.g. progressionlive).

Username / User: Enter the email or phone associated with your user.

Password: Enter your password.
