Generate and use a BCC address

Setting up a BCC address for your campaign allows you to send a survey following email sends. This article will explain how to configure this address and how to use it to its full potential.

Configuring the BCC address

  1. To get started, open the campaign for which you want to generate a BCC integration address.
  2. Go to the Settings section for ProgressionLIVE (or Automated survey for Satisfy).
  3. Click on Create a new BCC address.
  4. For each address generated, you can configure a sending delay. The sending delay will determine the waiting time between the sending of your original email and the sending of the survey.

You can now copy the email address and paste it as a BCC address it into your emails to automatically send surveys.

Each campaign has its own unique BCC address(es).

Using the CCI address

A BCC email integration is one of the most flexible integration methods. The concept is simple, every time you send an email and want to forward a survey, you just have to copy the BCC email address into your email.

Here are some examples of common use

  • Sending invoice by email from an accounting system
  • Customer Service Email
  • End of works or project follow-up
  • Contract renewal email
  • Sending quote

If you use computer systems to manage your operations, it is sometimes possible to add a BCC address automatically in outgoing emails. It can save you a lot of time.
