Send a survey manually

Here are the steps to follow to send a survey manually from the Client satisfaction module.

You can send a campaign survey without going through an automated survey.

  1. From your ProgressionLIVE account, click on the Satisfaction tab to access the module.
  2. Click on the campaign linked to the survey you want to send. 
    1. You can also click on the first icon of the summary card of this campaign.
  3. Enter the recipient’s email address on the first tab displayed, named Survey.
    1. Enter multiple email addresses: add one email address per line to send the survey to multiple email addresses.
  4. Select the language preference.
    1. The email and survey will be displayed in the selected language.
    2. Warning : If French is greyed out in the Language menu, the translation has not been added. See note.
  5. Click Send.

Note : To complete the Email section in French, follow these steps.

  1. Click on the Edit tab in your campaign.
  2. Click on the Email tab.
  3. Click on the French tab.
  4. Fill in the Sender, Subject, Title and Description (optional) fields.
  5. Click on the Summary tab and then click Save.

    You can now return to the Survey tab to send the survey in French.
