Transition to our REST API : Discontinuation of support for the SOAP API.

We wish to inform you about an important change regarding our API, which will affect how you interact with our product. Starting from July 1st, 2024, we will no longer support the SOAP API, and therefore strongly encourage you to migrate to our REST API.

Who is affected? All our clients who have API integrations dating before 2019. If in doubt, you can contact our technical support team.

What is the impact for our clients? First and foremost, we would like to clarify that we are not directly shutting down the SOAP API. Integrations of this kind will continue to function. However, we will cease support for this API to focus our efforts on our REST API, which offers many advantages over its predecessor. So, in case of issues with the SOAP API, you will be prompted to migrate to the REST API.

Here are some key advantages of our REST API over the SOAP API:

1. Simplicity and lightweight: The REST API is simpler and lighter than the SOAP API, making it easier to use and understand for developers.
