A. How to create a task?

1. Click and select the desired task type.

2. Fill out the information for that task.

3. Click "Save Draft" if you do not want to dispatch the task right now or click "Save & Send" to dispatch it immediately.

 

Results :

"Save draft"

"Save & Send"


B. How to edit a task? 

1. Click the number of the task to be modified.

2. Click the  button.

3. You can now modify the task information, including the employee who will be assigned the task, and which products it propagates into invoices.

4. Save modified task.

  • Save draft saves a draft of the task without assigning it to the selected employee.
  • Save & Send saves the task and assigns it to the selected employee.
  • Cancel closes the task modification window and discards the changes.

 

C. How to fill out an invoice?

1. Click the number of the task to be modified.

2. Click the  button.

3. In the "Invoice" section, click .

4. In the newly-opened window, select a product from your list. Enter desired quantity. Apply any applicable discount. Then click "Save". Once all items are added, save the task, otherwise the items will not be saved.

5. To see the invoice, click . This will download a PDF of the invoice for the given task.
