      I am unable to open a PDF invoice from Google Chrome (pop-up problem).

      If a window appears with the message: "Pop-up blocker is enabled add this site to your exceptions list" when you try to open a PDF invoice from Google Chrome, you need to change your settings to allow pop-up display.

       

      Here is the procedure:

      1. Click on the drop-down menu, or the icon at the top right (three superimposed dots).

       

      2. Click on "Settings."

       

      3. Click on "Display Advanced Settings."

       

      4. Click on "Content settings".

       

      5. Click on "Pop-up Window."

       

      6. Select "Allow all sites to display pop-up windows" or click on "ADD"  in the "Allow" section and add the URL for ProgressionLIVE in the list of exceptions.

      You should now be able to generate a PDF invoice from Google Chrome easily.
