How to do a remote session with ScreenConnect

First, you need to access your account and click on the help icon in the
upper right (icon of a guy with a blue hat and a bubble with a ! in it)


This will lead you to a webpage asking for a code that we will give you (you
can also access this page by entering
https://progression.screenconnect.com/ in your web browser).


After entering the code and clicking on the arrow or pressing enter, it will
download a file. Accept that download (you may have to access your browser’s download tab if you do not see it)

Once the download is completed, you can click on the file shown in the
upper right or access it by going in your download folder. BEWARE: if you
have multiples ScreenConnect files in your folder, you must use the lastest
one that was downloaded in the previous steps. When opening it, it will show
you a bunch of files. At this point, you need to double click on
ScreenConnect.client. It will prompt you to run it or extract. You need to extract all the files.

After that, it will ask you where you want to put the extracted folder. You can
leave it as is to have the folder created in your download folder.

Once this is done, you just need to access the extracted folder (not the
compressed one) and double click ScreenConnect.Client

A window will open to start the connexion and you will be prompted to
authorize the application ScreenConnect.Clientservice.exe (couldn’t add a
screenshot for that prompt)
