How to create a user?

Follow this procedure to create a user :

1. Click the Manage tab.

2. Click Users.

3. Click Add to open a blank user record.

4. Enter user information. Boldface fields are mandatory.

5. Click Save.

Note: To reactivate a disabled user, simply uncheck the Disabled box.

6. When creating the user, a window will ask you to send the connection information to the previously created user. Click Yes.

Difference between User and Human Resource

A user corresponds to a ProgressionLIVE license.
A human resource is a person who will perform tasks.
For a human resource to get their tasks on mobile, they must be linked to a user.

 

Create a human resource

1. Click on the Manage tab.
2. Click Human Resources.
3. Click Add, which will open a blank Human Resource card.
4. Enter the information about the human resource.
Bold fields are required.
5. Select the user linked to this human resource.
6. Click on Save.
