How to connect to ProgressionLIVE?

Connection on the web and on mobile

On the Web

• Open your Internet browser (preferably Google Chrome).

• In the address bar, enter the web address of your ProgressionLIVE account.

  • This is your Company ID followed by .progressionlive.com

  • If you do not know your company ID, contact our technical support : https://www.progressionlive.com/en/contact-us/ 

• Enter your login information.

  • Your username is the email address or phone number linked to your user in ProgressionLIVE.

• Click on Log in.

On mobile

• Open the ProgressionLIVE mobile app.
  • Our app is available on the Google Play Store and on the App Store.
• In the Server field, enter your company ID.
  • If you do not know your company ID, contact our technical support: https://www.progressionlive.com/en/contact-us/ 
• In the User field, enter the email address or phone number linked to your ProgressionLIVE user.
• Enter your password.
• Tap Log in.
